Client experience
We believe that understanding the specific requirements of the role is key to the success of the project, so before the research phase we will sit down together and get to grips with exactly what you need.
We then undertake a targeted research phase drawing on our extensive candidate database as well as traditional headhunting techniques.
We know that communication at this stage is integral; even before you meet potential candidates we will have discussed the early outcomes of our research process to make sure we’re on the right track. You’ll be kept in the loop throughout.
By the time we get to shortlisting, you’ll know you’re taking from a strong pool.
With detailed reports on shortlisted candidates, the whole process is intricately managed by us, from the first interview to the successful candidate signing the contract.
